General Terms and Conditions Hotel Go2Bed

 

§ 1 Guest accommodation contract 

The guest accommodation contract is concluded as soon as the room has been ordered in the booking portal by Hotel Go2Bed and confirmed in writing by e-mail.
The conclusion of the guest accommodation contract obliges the contractual partners to fulfil the contract, regardless of the duration of the contract. 

 

§ 2 Non-provision / non-use of rooms 

In case of non-availability of the room, Hotel Go2Bed undertakes to refund the room price to the guest (if already paid) or to name an equivalent accommodation nearby. 

The guest is obliged to pay the agreed price in case of non-utilisation of the contractual services, minus the expenses saved by Hotel Go2Bed (10% of the accommodation price). 

 

§ 3 Subletting of cancelled rooms 

The Go2Bed Hotel is obliged in good faith to let rooms that have not been used to other guests, if possible, in order to keep the costs of non-use as low as possible!
Until the room has been let to someone else, the guest must pay the agreed accommodation price less 10% for the duration of the contract. 

 

§ 4 Cancellation conditions 

Bookings can be cancelled free of charge until 6 pm on the day of arrival. 

 

Exclusive place of jurisdiction is Lörrach, Germany!
